Perimeter of the rectangle is 2(60+20) = 160 meters
But "around" the figure probably meant a circle around the rectangle
make the center of the rectangle be the center of the circle
graph it, with one point on the circle being the corner of the rectangle
(10,30). the distance from the origin to (10,30) is the radius
x^2 + y^2 = r^2
10^2 + 30^2 = r^2
r^2 = 1000
r = 10sqr10
Perimeter of the circle is the circumference = 2rpi = 2(10sqr10)(3.14) = 198.6
