Please help me with this problem

If you are paid hourly, your salary can be found from the formula Salary = hours worked x hourly rate. Even if you're not paid by the hour, your salary and hours worked are related by the same equation.

a) If an employee has a constant hourly rate, does his salary vary directly or inversely with the hours worked? What happens as he works more hours?
