With any question like this, simply find how many event meet the criteria, and then divide by the total number of events.
In this case, the "event" is picking one button. The total number of possibilities is 30.
Therefore the probability for red is is 9 / 30 = 30%
probability for blue is is 21 / 30 = 70%
