A quadratic with roots x1, x2 will have an equation a (x - x1) (x - x2) where a is a non zero constant
So here x1 = -2, x2= -7 and you can choose a yourself (take a=1 as easiest)
Then equation is 1 (x+2) (x+7) = x2 + 2x + 7x + 14 = x2 + 9x + 14
You can plot this on Desmos and check the two x intercepts are (-2,0) and (-7,0)
