3W^2 -4W- 160=0

W = 4/6 + or - (1/6)sqr(16+12(160))

W =2/3 + (1/6)(44) = 2/3 + 22/3 = 24/3

Width = 24/3 = 8 feet

Length = 160/(8) = 20 feet

LW = 20(8) = 160

L=3W-4 = 3(8)-4 = 20
