To graph the equation, first solve for y
2x-3y=-12
3y = 2x+12
y = 2/3x + 4
This is a line. 2/3 is the slope of the line and 4 is the y-intercept. To draw the line, put a point at the y-intercept, (0,4). Then go 3 units right and 2 units up on the graph and mark the second point (3, 6).
