just one necklace sold would bring a profit of $40. ($160-$120)
Or maybe you meant she bought a lot of 1000 necklaces for $120 each.
She paid $120,000 for 1000 necklaces. then she needs to recoup $120,000 to break even.
$120,000/$160 = 750 necklaces
751 necklaces sold would bring a profit of $160
750 x 160 = 120,000-120,000=0 profit
751 x160 = 120,160-120,00= $160 profit
