One way to start the answer is by doing a graph. If the graph is linear, then you can find the slope and use that to calculate the fuel needed to fly the required distance.
If the graph is not linear, then you must find how the fuel and distance data are correlated, find the least regression line and predict the quantity of fuel for the given distance.
