Choice A: origin is the vertex. Correct. Try the vertex formula from standard form. (-b/2a) = 0/2*1 = 0. <- This is the x-coordinate. Plug into the formula, and 0^2 = 0. So the vertex = (0,0) = origin.
b and d go together. It the parabola opens upward, then it has a minimum. (the vertex)
x2 opens upward, so these are correct.
This leaves D. The parabola opens upward, so the line of symmetry is the Y axis. ( The line of symmetry is the line that goes up from the x-coordinate of the vertex; in this case x = 0, which is also known as the Y axis!
