f(x) = 3x-1
g(x)= 4x+2
(f-g)(x) = f(x) - g(x)
(f-g)(x) =[3x - 1] - [4x + 2]
Carry the negative to the 4x + 2 term
(f-g)(x) = 3x - 1 - 4x - 2
Combine Like terms - start with the ones that end in "x"
3x - 1 -4x - 2
3 - 4 = -1
(f-g)(x) = -x - 1 - 2
Now the integers
-1 - 2 = -3
(f-g)(x) = -x-3
Domain = All Real Numbers. X Can be any integer
