if she wrote 3 3/4 pages in 2 hours that's 3.75 pages. divide by 2 to get the hourly output of pages: 3.75/2 = 1.875 or 15/8 or 1 7/8 pages per hour

for 5 hours multiply by 5: 5x15/8 = 75/8 = 9 3/8 pages or 9.375 pages
