The equation of a circle with center at (h,k) and a radius of r is:
(x−h)2+(y−k)2=r2
In this example h=8, k=3 and r=4, so after substituting into above formula we have:
(x−8)2+(y−3)2= 42
(x−8)2+(y−3)2 =16
The answer is (x−8)2+(y−3)2 =16
