20 +5.5H = 15 + 6.5H

H= 20-15 = 5 hours is when the two costs are equal

20+5.5(5) = 15 +6.5(5)

20 +27.5 = 15 + 32.5

47.5 = 47.5 = $47.50 for 5 hours with either company
