Use the ordered points give to calculate the slope, m
m = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1)
It does NOT matter which point you make P1 and P2, the slope will be the same
I will take P1 = (-4, 3) and P2 = (-9, 3)
So m =( 3- 3) /(-9 - (-4)) = 0 / (-9 + 4) = 0
Since the slope is zero the line is horizontal with y=3
