Thank You1 The worksheet set this problem came in has this as the solution:Let x represent: the number of CD’s Jason started with. Algebraic Expression: ( x + 6) ÷ 2 = 56 Solution: ( x + 6) ÷ 2 = 56 ( x + 6) = 56 x 2 x + 6 = 112 x = 112 - 6 x = 106 Therefore, Jason started with 106 CDs.
