Qing is twice as old as Rayna. Qing is 4 years younger than Paolo. The average age of Paolo, Qing and Rayna is 13. Determine their ages.

Rayna = x

Qing = 2x

Paolo = 2x + 4

Average of all three ages is 13. Therefore, multiple 13 x 3 = 39. 39 is the total of the three ages.

x + 2x + 2x + 4 = 39

5x = 35

x = 7

Rayna = 7

Qing = 14

Paolo = 18
