-16t^2 + 48 = 0

t^2 = 48/16 = 3

t = sqr3 = about 1.732 seconds to reach max height

max height = -16(sqr3)^2 + 48(sqr3) + 4 = -48+48sqr3 + 4 = about 39.14 feet
