To solve this, you must use your sine inverse function on your calculator, but you must make sure that your calculator is in degree mode.
To use the sine inverse function, many TI calculators you have to use the 2nd and sin buttons to get something like this on your calculator:
sin-1(0.28)
If you'd like to use google as your calculator instead, you can type this into google:
sin inv(0.28 degrees)
which is 16.3 degrees!
