Let's check if u.v is 0:
u *v = <-25/12, 5>*<-3,-5/4>
= -25/12*-3 + 5 *-5/4
= 75/12 - 25/4
= 25/4 - 25/4 = 0
Since the dot product is 0, the two vectors are orthogonal.
