length = L = 3 + 3W

Area = 60 = LW = (3+3W)W = 3W +3W^2

3W^2 +3W = 60

W^2 + W -20 = 0

(W-4)(W+5) = 0

W = 4 meters = Width

L =3+3(4) = 15

Area = LW = 15(4) = 60
