plot those two points connect them with a straight line, extend the line beyond those two points, by putting an arrow pointing outward to indicate the line goes forever in both directions.
the line connecting these two points is in quadrant II, with slope = 2/3, a little less than a 45 degree line to the x axis. but extend the line into quadrant I and III.
