arc length = radius times angle (measured in radians)
65 degrees = pi/180 x 65 = 65/180 pi radians = 13/36 pi radians
arc length = 12 x 13/36 pi = 13/3 pi = about 13.61 meters
had the angle been 360 degrees, the "arc length" would be the circumference = C = 2pi(r) = 24pi = about 75.4 meters
65 is 65/360 of 2pi. so, 65/360pi(12) = 13x12/36 pi =13.61 meters
