Hello, Karim,
The standard form for a straight line is written as y = mx + b, where m is the slope and b is the y intercept (the value of y when x=0). Keep this in mind when answering these questgions If the equation is already in this format, find the values of m and b, as I'll show in the next few questions.
====
-Find the slope of:
y = -2x + 4
The equation is provided in the standard format, so m = -2
======
-Find the y-intercept of y = -2x + 4
remember to write your answer as an ordered pair!
Again, already in standard format, so the y-intercept is +4. The y-intercept is the value of y when x=0, so the ordered pair would be (0,+4).
=======
-Find the slope of:
y = 4x + 6
Standrd format, so slope (m) = 4.
============
-Find the y-intercept of:
y = 4x + 6
Standard, so y-intercept = 6
=======
-Write an equation of a line with the given slope and y-intercept.
m = -2 b = 6
Use these values in the standard format of an equation for a straight line:
7 = mx + b
y = -2x + b
=====
-Write the slope-intercept from of the equation for the line, remember to leave no spaces after any numbers, variables or symbols. (ex: y=mx+b)
(0,-4) -4 is b
Slope= -2 -2 is m
y= -2x - 4

Hoefully you can use these explanations/examples to answer the remaining questions.
