Bre, try this thought process. If it takes 4 workers a total of 8 days, that's a total of 32 'worker-days'. 32 is the total number of worker-days worked to construct the building. But if we only have 3 workers, it will take longer than 4, right? So, we know that the building will take 32 worker-days no matter how many workers we have (i.e., 32 workers could finish in only 1 day, and only 1 worker would take 32 days to finish). So if we have only 3, then its 10 2/3 days total. Or, we would round that up to 11 days. (32 worker-days divided by 3 workers = 10 2/3 days). Answer is B.
