The unit rate would be how many pages she can read in one minute, For example, if a person could read 10 pages in 5 minutes , the unit rate would be 2 pages in 1 minute (10 ÷ 5 = 2).
In this problem, you would divide 5/8 by 2/3 to find the number of pages read in 1 minute:
5 ÷ 2 = 5 • 3 = 15
8 3 8 2 16
This would mean that Hannah can read 15/16 of a page every minute (the unit rate of 15/16 page per minute).
