the 2nd choice for the 1st is correct 3 + (2/1/3) which = 9
You might think the 3rd choice is correct (3+2)/1/3 but PEMDAS is the order of operations and division comes before addition, so you divide by 1/3, 2/1/3 =6, then add to 3. You don't add 3+2 and then divide by 1/3
