2x+y = 1, solve for y to find the slope
y=-2x + 1 has slope = -2 = coefficient of the x term
any parallel line has the same slope
y=-2x + b, solve for b by pluggint in the point (-2,2)
2 =-2(-2) + b
b = 2-4 =-2
y=-2x -2 is the line parallel to 2x+y=1 and through the point (-2,2)
It's the same line shifted down by 3
