the general equation for a line in point slope form is
y-y1 = m(x-x1) where m= the slope and (x1,y1) is the point
if slope = 12 then
y-y1 = 12(x-x1) If you know the point (x1,y1) just plug that into the equation
IF the point is (-2,2) then the equation is
y-2 = 12(x+2)
