y =-(6.3/9)x + 2/9

y = (-2.1/3)x + 2/9

A. 1/3 = (-2.1/3)x + 2/9

(-2.1/3)x = 1/3 - 2/9 = 1/9

x = (1/9)//(-2.1/3) = -.(10/7)/9 = -10/63 the point is (-10/63, 1/3) slope = -21/30 = -7/10 = -0.7

B. y = -7/10(2/3) + 2/9 = -14/30 + 2/9 = -42/90+20/90 =-22/90 =-11/45
