To do this, you need to multiply everything in the first polynomial by everything in the second.
So:
4x3 (3 - 2x +x2) = 12x3 -8x4 + 4x5
-2x (3 - 2x + x2) = -6x +4x2 -2x3
+3x2 (3 - 2x + x2) = 9x2 - 6x3 + 3x4
1 (3 - 2x + x2) = 3 - 2x + x2
Next, group like terms together and simplify.
4x5 + (3x4-8x4) + (12x3 - 2x3 - 6x3) + (4x2 +9x2 +x2) + (-6x - 2x) +3
4x5 - 5x4 + 4x3 + 14x2 - 8x +3

If this confuses you, you can also solve this problem using the box method, which I'd be happy to show you in a private tutoring session.02/20/21
