Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
19.5 = 2(2W-6) + 2W
6W = 19.5+12 = 31..5
W = 31.5/6= 5 1/4
L=10 1/2 - 6 = 4 1/2
dimensions are 5.25 by 4.5 inches
5 1/4 + 4 1/2= 9 3/4
9 3/4 x 2= 19 1/2
