I assume you meant h(x) = 3·4x. Look in your text book to see what the graph of an exponential function looks like in general. The graph of this particular exponential will cross through these points:
x h(x)
-1 3·4-1 = 3/4
0 3·40 = 3·1 = 3
1 3·41 = 3·4 = 12
2 3·42 = 3·16 = 48
If these points aren't shown on your choices, you can plug in different values of x and see what h(x) would be for that value of x. That should allow you to identify the proper graph.
