area==l*w=

(5x+1)*(2x-3)

where l=(5x+1) and w=(2x-3)

since 5x*2x=10x^2

therefore 10x^2

since 5x*-3=-15x

since 2x*1=2 x

therefore -13x

and -3*1 = 3
