Thesystem of equations x - 6y = 4 and 3x - 18 y = 4 has no solution changing only one number and one of the equations create a system of equations that has an infinity number of solutions.

change the 2nd equation to 3x-18y = 12, then the solutions are infinite

or change the 1st equation to x-6y = 4/3, then again, the solutions are infinite

either change makes the two equations linearly dependent. They're just multiples of each other.
