Either substitution or elimination. In this case, they're both just about the same amount of effort.
You can easily convert the first equation to y = 7x + 25. Once you've done that, you can substitute for y in the second equation.
Or, multiply both sides of the first equation by 5 to get 35x - 5y = 125. Then add that to the second equation to eliminate y.
