In an NBA game last season, Stephen curry of the Golden State Warriors made a total 21 baskets. All of the baskets he made were either 2point baskets or 3point baskets (he did not make any free throw) if he scored a total of 49points in that game, how many of each type of basket did he make?

2x + 3(21-x) = 49

2x + 63 - 3x = 49

-x + 63 = 49

-x = -14
