The formula for determining the equation knowing the slope and one point on a straight line is
m = (y - y1) / (x - x1) where x1 and y1 are the coordinates of the line in question. In the present case, this would be 7 = (y - 3) / (x - 4) which can be rearranged to y = 7x -28 + 3.
The standard form for an equation in the first degree is ax + by = c.
So, in the present case, this is 7x - y = 25.
