assuming you intended the number 0 and not the letter o, then
the line's equation is y=2. It's a flat line with the same y value at all points on the line
But on the small chance that you meant the letter "o" as a variable for the slope which usually gets the letter "m" then the line's equation would be y=(o)x + b where o=the slope and b = the y intercept. plug in the point (-9,2) to solve for b. 2 =(o)(-9) + b, b = 2+9(o) so the line is y=(o)x +2 + 9(o) or y= (o)(x+9) + 2.
