2nd equation is a downward sloping line with y intercept 9, x intercept 9 and slope =-1
for the 1st equation plot the intercepts (0,-3) and (3/2, 0) and connect with with a straight line and extend the
line upward into quadrant I.
for the 2nd equation plot the intercepts (0,9) and (9,0) and connect them with a straight line
the 2 lines intersect at (4,5) in quadrant I
