Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
FALSE
surprisingly it's not true
say for example the stock price was $100 initially. a 28% rise comes to $128 as the new price
but a 28% fall would be .28(128) which is more than 28. .28 x 128 = $35.84. $128-$35.84= $94.16
You're worse off to experience a 28% increase and then suffer a 28% decrease.
