You need two points to calculate the slope
but you could say m= slope and
m = (y-4)/(x+4) so the line is
y-4 = m(x+4) = mx+ 4m
y = mx+4m+4 where m= the slope and 4m+4 = the y intercept
the slope is (y-4)/(x+4) where (x,y) is any other point on the line
