2y = -3x -30
y =-3x/2 -15, slope = -3/2, slope of a perpendicular line is the negative inverse or 2/3
point of intersection is ambiguous as you may have left out an "x" in the 2nd equation?
x-y=3 and -4x-4y =4 seem to be the likely equations? 2nd one then is the same as x+y=-4
add that to the 1st equation to get 2x =2 or x=-1, y=-4-(1) = -5 the point of intersection is (1,-5)
plug that point into
y=(2/3)x + b to solve for b
-5 = (2/3)(1) + b
b = -5-2/3 = -17/3
y= (2/3)x -17/3 is the perpendicular line through the point of intersection (if you left out an "x" before the -
