There are two ways to do this.
y = mx + b
7 = 2(5) + b
7 = 10 + b
b = -3
y = 2x - 3

y - y1 = m(x - x1)
y - 7 = 2(x - 5)
y - 7 = 2x - 10
y = 2x - 3
