Im struggling can someone please help me ive been stuck on this question for about 15 mins now

31 = 2L+2W = 2.8W + 2W = 4.8W

4.8W = 31

W = 31/4.8 = about 6.46 meters

L = 1.4 = about 9.04 meters

I'ts about 6 1/2 by 9 meters
