Im struggling can someone please help me ive been stuck on this question for about 15 mins now

31=2(L+W) =2(1.4W + W) = 2.8W + 2W = 4.8W

W = 31/4.8 = about 6.46 meters = width

L =about 9.04 meters = length

2(6.46+9.04) = 2(15.5) = 31 meters perimeter
