Wth the sample. The Answer of weighted mean is

4.81. How did they get that?

it's similar to how you calculate your GPA grade point average

sum of 89(5)+18(4) +1(3) +0(2) +0(1) divided by (89+18+1)

= 520/108= about 4.815
