Hi Leslie! The first thing you want to do here is get y by itself so it turns into a y = mx + b equation. The m in the equation will be the slope. So add 2x to both sides of the equation so the equation then reads 7y = 2x + 14. From here, divide everything by 7 to get y by itself so the equation will finally read y = 2/7x + 2. The slope therefore is 2/7. Hope this helps!
