Hi July,
The slope-intercept form of a line is y = mx + b
Where m is the slope of the line and b is the y-intercept
So, plugging in your coordinates and slope we get:
y = 3(-1) + (-3)
= y = -3 -3
= y = -6
So, this is a horizontal line that passes through -6 on the vertical axis.
