to be a triangle, each side must be greater than the difference between the other 2 sides
and less than the sum of the other 2 sides
15 is greater than 10-10
15 is less than 10+10
10 is greater than 15-10
10 is less than 10+15
a 20-10-10 triangle is impossible
a 15-10-5 is impossible
but a 10-10-15 is very possible
