1). You can't have atoms of HF because HF is a compound, so you can have molecules of HF but not atoms.
2). 3.14 g H2O x 1 mol H2O/18 g x 6.02x1023 molecules/mol = 1.05x1023 molecules H2O
3.) 2.79 g NH3 x 1 mol NH3/17 g x 6.02x1023 molecules/mol x 4 atoms/molecule = 3.95x1023 atoms
